An interesting and very finely made massive opium weight, Late Shan, 19th./20th. cent.

Peculia weight or figure in the general shape of a 'Kissing bird' of the Shan Burma, but with some added features in the form of fine engravings and a handle.

The figure comes from a very good old collection and is in our opinion genuine old and antique. It weighs around 700-750 grams and was likely made in the very end of the period with opium weights as a unofficial decorative piece...

A stylish antique Edwardian swag and drop festooned necklace in 14Kt. yellow gold, set with two round amber colored citrines, each accented with a freshwater pearl, that suspend from three swags a large central cushion-cut oval citrine center pendant, from which dangle an array of five individual freshwater pearls. Antique Chinese Canton plate with famille rose enamel scene of courtesans with their attendants, with a large altar to Budai. A gilt enamel censors and offerings lay before him on the altar table. The rim is decorated with chrysanthemums, and tiny scenes related to the main depiction. Mark of Kangxi in cobalt within a double ring, with three floral scrolling vine motifs. Wonderful pair of Hubley cast iron paperweights in the form of African-American children. The little girl wears a yellow jumper over a white blouse and the little boy wears yellow pants and a white shirt. This is the only pair of black memorabilia iron paperweights we’ve seen.

This is a finely potted and painted late Qing early republic vase with calligraphy on the side.

Painted cast iron horsehead nameplate by Hubley, intended for use on a stable door, probably at a racetrack or horse farm. Two screws are meant to hold an engraved nameplate to the horseshoe. This would make a great name plate on the front door of a home.

This is a late qing early republic era yenyen blue and white vase with the deer, crane and pine tree symbolizing longevity, status and prosperity, perfect condition without mark and only double ciurcle, trying to be in Kangxi style, so this is probably a revival kangxi piece of art.
