This is a fine example of the San Patrice, Hope Variety, early Archaic or transitional Paleo point dating to around 8000BC. It was found in Jasper County, Texas. It is made from translucent fossilized palmwood. It is fluted on both sides. It is 1/1/2" long and the base is ground. The edges are serrated. This leaf shape Chinese late 19th century export Canton blue and white dish is 7 ½” long, 5 ½” at its widest part and 1 ¼” high. It depicts buildings, trees and rock along with a lake (or river). One man holds an umbrella crossing a bridge while another man is paddling a small boat near by. It is in excellent condition.

A large flat bottom blue and white porcelain washer from Qing Dynasty. Over all good condition with a very tiny chip at the inside edge of the rim, and a few minor kiln flaws on the glaze. Diameter: 9-5/8"; height: 3". Provenance: from the Collection of C. Philip Cardeiro .

Unusual porcelain bowl in the shape of a double gourd with two separate compartments. The large section is for washing brushes; the small section may be used as a brush holder.
The outside of the large bowl is decorated in underglaze blue with pavilions in a landscape with mountains and a river. The edge is faceted and painted with cloud-like shapes. The outside of the smaller extension is decorated with stylized flowers. Ribbed knob on top (19-petaled chrysanthemum)...
