Antique Japanese tall stone sekitō (pagoda) with five tiers. Made of granite and carved in 9 stacking pieces. The central square section is carved with a seated Buddha on four sides. The top spire is carved with 9 tiers between lotus petals. The surface has a beautiful patina and is covered with areas lichen and moss.

A pair of superlatives. The size of this pair of Song - Yuan jarlets is extraordinary large. The body of the pieces is very well potted. The very desired bluegreen Celadon colour of the " Guan-crackled " glaze is rare. All in all this impressive, very decorative pair would be a true enrichment for any Longquan collection. Song - Yuan Dynasty (thirteenth to fourteenth centuries) Longquan ware, Zhejiang. Excavated in Kalimantan ( Borneo ) Indonesia.

Japanese scroll painting of skeletons, one dancing and one playing a shamisen. Strewn over the ground are skulls and a giant gourd filled with drink. The calligraphy on the top of the scroll states that even the great sage Boddhidaruma and the beautiful Onna no Komachi are Doitsu Byodo (the same as the rest of us) when their flesh is stripped away...

Ruby Red Overlay Glass Snuff Bottle - Aquatic Sea Life
This is a fine, flattened, Pear shaped snuff bottle, with a round elongated neck, and a raise oval footing, decorated with a ruby red overlay on a snowflake ground, in relief, depicting various aquatic plant and sea life. It comes with a light green glass stopper. This snuff bottle shows signs that it was actually used as such. It still has some sort of material inside. The bottle is in great preserved condition...
This is a Han dynasty funerary pottery tripod censer of grey colour, painted with pigment. There are traces of red and white colour pigment on the body as well as on the edge. The tripod censer stands on three short pediform feet. The holes above the body and the raising of the three feet suggests that it may have been used as an incense burner...
Rare Seljuk bronze key with an eagle standing on the back of a rooster while pecking at the head of its prey. The rooster has a small crest and protruding eyes.
Birds play an important role in the Seljuk decorative repertoire, and in this case they probably evoke a demonstration of power.

Antique Chinese porcelain inkwell with clear glaze. The lid and the box's sides show the image of a dragon compromised of thin swirling lines against a recessed background. Two Georgian bucket bowl port or small wine glasses with panel-cut cups and stems, English, c 1800. One a little heavier than the other and with the pontil mark deep into the glass and partly visible, whereas to the other glass the pontil mark is polished flat. Height "4/ 10 cm. Condition: fine.

A lovely laqered & gilt bronze figure of the infant buddha, standing on a tall Lotus throne, Chinese Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 AD), probably dating around 1500-1550 AD.
Finely rendered features and beautiful patina!

This is a beautiful American sterling silver bowl made by Whiting Manufacturing Co. It is oval shaped with a shallow center and is partially looped and bordered by flowers. The sides of this bowl are looped into a c-scroll rim. It is monogrammed, 10 1/2 inches long and weighs 7.92 oz. and in excellent condition.
This is a rare and interesting ancient Egyptian scaraboid. An uraei knot is depicted on the top and a Hathor sistrum flanked by two uraei is incised on the bottom.
The uraei knot is much older than the Herakles knot and much probably the precursor.

An unusual large Japanese bowl featuring three light purple elephants in ceremonial attire resting among many flowers. The bowl is excellent condition, except for some wear to the gold around the rim. Measures 11.5 inches in diameter. Dates late Edo, late 1840's.
