A Rare Vietnamese large dish decorated with under-glaze blue and white bird perched on branches of peach trees and butterflie at the center,with enamelled red and green color. Dish has one hairline and enamelled degradations. Free from any restorations. 35,2cm diameter.

A very nicely molded Leeds creamware plate with underglaze blue decoration of an oriental man standing beside a low fence holding a parasol in one hand and pointing with his other while the birds fly in the sky beyond. Impressed mark that reads, “EDS*POTTERY.” 9 ¼ inches diameter (23.5 cm).

Fine British antique dress cane with sterling silver ball handle with fabulous design and silver collar with the English full hallmarks and bronze ferrule, 19th century era. Up for sale is an antique Chinese embroidered silk yardage consists of 2 long pieces and one small piece for the flap to the right of a Manchu woman's long robe- Changfu. French Napoleon Portrait Porcelain Cup and saucer, Ca. 1920, 2 3/8" high with handle, 2 7/8" wide with handle-cup, 4 1/4" diameter-saucer, with gold high handle, bottom is signed with Crown with "N" in red.

A spectacular and beautiful circa 1730 English silk embroidered apron front, exquisitely embroidered in polychrome silk and metallic threads with garlands and sprays of flowers urns. Scalloped edges are finished with embroidered metallic trim. A somewhat later but very similar example is shown in The Lotus Collection.

There are some scattered unimportant splits and very very minor and small spots of discoloration, all to be expected in such a delicate piece...

A fine example of a low rectangular Huanghuali low table. Original finish is great condition. Figurative grain, texture, color, odor testing confirms the low table is 100% Huanghuali hardwood.
The common characteristics of these woods are hardness, corrosion-resistant, having distinct textures, and furniture made of them is beautiful and durable. These raw materials are now rare and expensive

Ancient Luristan bronze sword with green patina.

Luristan bronze comes from the province of Lorestan, a region of nowadays western Iran in the Zagros mountains.
With its rich and long history, Luristan culture is well-known for its fascinating bronze artifacts from the Early Iron Age.

An oversized plate (10 ½ inches (26.7 cm) diameter) with a hand painted bouquet of petunias in the center, surrounded by a thick gilt band and the elaborately molded lip with the molding picked out in gold. The printed blue KPM mark on the bottom was used during the years 1847 to 1849. There is also an incised Roman numeral four and possibly the number 14. It was probably used as a serving plate for pastry or cake.

Wan shape with a small foot and no Kagami (mirror - tea pool) inside.

The light iron bearing clay is decorated in the style of a Korean Miji-Hakaeme bowls: inside and the upper three quarters on the outside covered with a whitish Engobe over which a transparent ash glaze was applied, just sparing the inner part of the foot.

The Uchigaso kiln was the second of the Takatori kilns established by Korean potters, it was active between 1614 and 1624.

An elaborately decorated lacquered sword stand. The stand is made into a small chest with three drawers. The chest is decorated with motifs of plums, a phoenix, and a Chinese style landscape with inlaid embellishments. The interior of the drawers is done in nashiji or pear skin makie. A Ming Swatow Polychrome Dish. Diameter approximately 41 cm. There are two chips on the rim. In good condition.

DESCRIPTION: A large, heavily cast bronze storage vessel (gadur), with brass and silver inlays crafted by the Maranao tribe of the Phillippines. The round body and flared foot are profusely decorated with inlaid floral and geometric designs; the body is topped with an inlaid domed lid and tall spire. A fine example of early American folk art. Generally classed as fraktur type, paintings such as these were done by children, and were often, as this one was, painted on a page from a ledger or notebook. This particular piece is a charming depiction of an eagle, and is housed in a period frame with good surface.
