Antique Japanese tansu chest with 4 drawers, each drawer is made of kiri (paulownia) wood that has been cut to display an unusual vertical pattern, each drawer is trimmed in persimmon wood and has a large iron lock plate with an oak leaf (kashiwa) mon, unusual shaped iron drawer pulls, Meiji Period (1868-1912). Rare Yonezawa area Isho Tansu. Size: 36" high x 28 3/4" wide x 15 1/2" deep.

An antique Japanese tall Kasane Tansu (kimono storage chest) made of burled Keyaki (Zelkova), Kura (Mulberry), Kiri (Paulownia) and Sugi (Cryptomeria) woods. All original hand forged iron hardware including the Warabite style handles and the full moon lock plates. Upper section has a pair of sliding doors, a lift-out door and 6 drawers of varying sizes where Kimono fashion accoutrements were kept. 19th Century Chinese White Jade Carved Thick Boy Silver Toggle

The entire length is 4 inches (10.1 cm) including the chain. The boy is 1.96 inches (5 cm) tall by 1.25 inches (3.1 cm) wide and 22.85 mm thick. It is 57.4 gram.

The boy has flea bite chips and inclusions. The silver is tarnished (as seen in the photos).

An American Victorian Brass Three Arm Candleabra or Candleholder. Dimensions; 12" wide x 9.25" high. Weight 3 pounds 8 ounces. Very good condition. Circa 1880-1900

Exceptional thinly carved pair of Nephrite jade of opaque and translucent chromophore composed of a dark green and mottled matrix indicative of spinach jade. The Gu shaped vase is a rectangular form (viewed from the top) with its splaying profile delineated on all terminating four corners with a flaring trumpet neck and mouth opening...

Rare form Chinese Yixing lined pewter teapot with seal mark inside bottom. The exterior inscription reads, "To cook tea" "Middle aged man at last knows how" and is signed "Wang Tsieh". The other side features plum blossom flowers and is signed "I Shan". Measures 5.5" high, 5" across, and 2.25" wide.

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Berlin, Germany by the Royal Porcelain Manufacturer, known as KPM, in the 1890s. It has the under glaze blue scepter and over glaze red orb with the letters KPM. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/8 inches and is 1 1/4 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/8 inches high with a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. The hard paste porcelain is one of the finest quality ever produced...

A very nice hammered brass jardiniere from Russia's Imperial era. The vessel is raised on cast lion's paw feet and is flanked by ring handles grasped in cast lion's heads. The jardiniere is constructed in the traditional manner with seamed joints and a rolled lip. The bottom is stamped with the Imperial Romanov double-headed eagle.

Origin: Russia, ca. 1880. Condition: excellent, a few very small dings (difficult to see on the hammered surface). Size: 6-1/4" tall; 6-3/8" diameter.

Meissen dish in Victorian taste with model number W.89. Reference "the book of Meissen" page 189. Condition: The overglaze colors has wearings and there is a chip just under the rim. Measurement: 25.7 cm = 10.1 in

An antique Wooden Chinese Statue of GUANYIN sitting on a double Lotus Throne, with guilding and paint. Condition: good with slight signs of aging, 19th Century. Size: H. 28 cm x W. 13 cm x D. 11 cm.

Soapstone pot. Sculpted decoration of a landscape animated by characters. In certain places, openwork crosses the walls. The cylindrical pot rests on three feet carved from the mass, it is covered with an openwork wooden lid, topped by a soapstone grip representing lotuses. It is possible that it is an incense burner, which would explain the presence of the Openworks for the evacuation of smoke and good ventilation, put into operation it has a very nice effect...

A handsome Imperial Russian medium-size hammered brass oval tray with cast brass handles. A tray of this size would probably have been used to serve vodka, and could still be used as a cordial tray or even on a buffet table. One end is stamped with the maker’s name and the Imperial Romanov double eagle warrant. The handles are attached with copper rivets and are cast in a ropetwist design.
