Attractive bronze incense burner, very old, probably from deep in the 19th. and perhaps the 18th. century.

The censor in the shape a great archaic style bronze vessel standing on a cart with spoked wheels. The vessel with a tall lid and dolphin handles.The wheels are made as exact replicas and are still functional as a small toy for grown-ups.

Size: c. 12-13 cm. long and c. 14 cm. tall.

A fine and scarce very early or transitional style Golden Hamsa Opium Weight, Burma, c. 1730 AD.

A massive weight, very attractive in hand, the bird with two backcovers, mouth appendage and standing on a rounded octagonal base.

Condition: Very fine, smooth brown patina, attractive!

An interesting and very finely made massive opium weight, Late Shan, 19th./20th. cent.

Peculia weight or figure in the general shape of a 'Kissing bird' of the Shan Burma, but with some added features in the form of fine engravings and a handle.

The figure comes from a very good old collection and is in our opinion genuine old and antique. It weighs around 700-750 grams and was likely made in the very end of the period with opium weights as a unofficial decorative piece...

Lovely jar, covered in green glaze with a wonderful ancient iridescence, Chinese Han Dynasty, c. 200 BC-100 AD.

Size: 16 cm. wide and 13-14 cm. tall.

Condition: Good very fine completely intact, with exceptional golden and silverish hues. Partly covered with earthern encrustations, which could be removed, if so desired.

An adorable pair of pottery figures of a cow and a chicken, dating Ming Dynasty China, c. 1500-1550 AD.

Size: The cow measure c. 10 cm in legnth.

Condition: Extremely fine for type and age, with uncleaned deposits of dirt. Finely preserved glaze with a nice gloss. Wear for type and age.

An early decorative temple carving of a Taoist deity seated on a donkey, painted in white, black, red and gold, Late Ming-early Qing dynasty, c. 16th.-17th. century.

Condition: Nice very fine for the type and age, intact with much of it's pigments still preserved. Minor losses and completions.

A choice pair of decorative pottery figures of House Attendants, dating to Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644.

The figures are dressed in dark blue and turquoise robes and carry high hats on their heads. They both appear to be carriers of their masters carriage. They are placed on square plints. Heads and boots with pigmented colors.

Height: c. 22-23 cm.

Condition: A superb pair of pottery figures with wear for age and type.

The lady wears a challenging dress, baring her shoulders and bosom. She has an imposing hairdress with flowers, and a flirting facial expression. She carries a large can for wine in her hand, and is standing on a round plint. She is glazed in tourqouise and dark blue colours.

A lovely little Chinese bronze belthook, dating to early Han Period, ca. 200 BC-9 AD.

The belthook decorated with scrollwork on the front and has a central knob on the back. Wonderful azurite blue and green patina.
