A porcelain bowl made by Mokusen of Kyoto decorated in blue with waterbirds taking flight from a reed-dotted shore followed by a four character verse by Oyabu Shunko enclosed in the original wooden box signed by both artists dating from the early 20th century. A rare and massive octagonal Islamic tile in Blue & White ceramic material, probably stone-past, imitating Ming Dynasty, Near East, c. 15th.cent. AD

A huge tile with fine style floral decoration in blue and white. Unfortunately missing a bit and put together from three large pieces. The tile is measuring 26,5 cm. x 26 cm. so each of the pieces is basically as large as most tiles are!

A stunning terracotta figure of Horse and Rider, Parthian Empire, 1st-3rd. cent. AD.

The tall bearded figure emerging from the body of the horse, wearing folded cap, the horse with applied disc eyes, traces of decoration. Their bodies is blending into a single, triangular form, with the head and upper body of the man directly behind the horse’s head. Finely detailed features of a mature Parthian horseman, probably nobility.

A very Fine Korean Peony Incised Celadon Cup-Stand-12th C.: Korea, Koryo dynasty, 12th century. Finely potted cup stand with flaring saucer is on raised ring foot, decorated with four large single delicately incised peony and are each other around the saucer bordered by bands of key-fret patterns beneath a rich translucent celadon glaze evenly whole body, three spur marks.
