A Mexican folkart parade body mask costume depicting a ferocious male tiger with a wide open mouth. Carved from one solid tree trunk of a soft wood. Teeth are made using wild boar tusk and the tongue is a painted leather. The tail is removable.

A rare Bow chocolate cup of slightly flared form with the painted Koto Player pattern. Interior painted with Oriental motifs. Excellent condition, with one tiny footrim chip, no cracks, or restoration. There is an in-the-making glaze disturbance on one side. Painter's number 2 on the bottom. 4 inches tall, 2 3/4 inches in diameter.

Chinese porcelain bowl decorated in "famille rose" enamels with lotus flowers, scrolls, greek frise and Chinese characters in medallions. The bowl is accompanied by its cup, its lid and its spoon constituting a complete set of 4 pieces which is extremely rare. In addition, the 4 porcelains are in good condition except for a little chip. The edge of the cup (saucer) was slightly deformed during cooking and took on a silver-gray shade as can be seen in the photos...

A fine and rare Ming 15th century longquan celadon large bowl, rounded side with flared rim and glazed base with ring for firing, bowl decorated with human figures and Chinese character at inner part, outer rim with scroll motif, covered with light green glaze, found from excavation site in Musi river.
Bowl is in good condition with crackled at glaze surface, no chip, no restoration.

A rare porcelain stem cup attractively decorated in shades of under glaze blue. This item was made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, China for export to Europe during the reign of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722).

This is Noren used by a cotton merchant in Kyoto during the Edo period. Cotton is thick and spun by hand. It is boldly written in Tsutsugaki. It is dyed with natural indigo. An impressive magnifying glass with a carved ivory handle with 18 natural red coral beads. We believe the ivory handle to be a Meiji period Japanese parasol handle and sometime in its history converted to a magnifying glass. In very good antique condition with all beads intact, the handle measures 5 inches x 1 1/8". Magnifying glass with handle is 10.5 inches long.

Antique Philippine container cover most likely from the Ifugauo people and part of a punamhan (ceremonial ritual) box or a pukok rice container. Carved with a guardian figure in relief. Confidently hewn with sure chisel marks and dark patina.
