A rare enameled beaker made as a souvenir of the 1896 coronation of Imperial Russia’s last monarchs, Czar Nicholas II and Czarina Alexandra Feodorovna. Beautiful Chinese hardwood altar table in black lacquer finish, with highly intricate and ornate gilt lacquer designs all over. The front and back are carved to look like coins held together by ropes. The very top has three hand painted panels depicting gorgeously detailed ocean landscape scenes. Such fused-rod beads represent one of the high points of Islamic glass-making, and this is one of the best examples on the market. It is manufactured from combed mosaic canes of white, red, yellow and green, into which three vertical panels each composed of four eyes have been set. A rare Yuan dynasty blue and white square jar, jar decorated with under glaze blue of flower motif at each side (chrysanthemum, lotus, peony, Indian lotus). at the top there is two dragon motif around the rim, unglazed base.
Jar is in good condition with minor crackled at glaze surface, very small chip at the dragon motif, no restoration, good Persian blue color.

A pair of English sterling silver master salt spoons, fully hallmarked for London, England 1817. They are 4" in length., and have the maker's mark for Wm. Chawner (entered 1815). They weigh 34.5 grams. There is a heraldic crest of an English Ducal coronet with a lion rampant holding a circular object. They are in excellent original condition with no losses, damage or visible repairs.
