Antique pair of kapala, Buddhist ritual skull cups made of silver and mixed metal. Each cup stands on a triangular shaped base with repoussé flames and skulls. The cups themselves are rimmed with rows of tiny skulls and have lids with vajra finials. Show ritual use.

A Song - Yuan dynasty longquan celadon ewer in melon shape and ribbed body, good condition with restoration handle and spout please see picture for detail, size: 11 cm diameter spout to handle 6 cm height.

The Bouyi are a relatively small ethnic group- so embroideries from them have become quite scarce.
