Fine 18th-century English carved and gilt wood mirror with corner rosettes and later, distressed mirror plate. Circa 1760-80.

Chinese Qing dynasty elm wood rice chest. A removable top panel opens to reveal a single large storage area. Late 19th century. 33 ½”H x 28 ¼”W x 21 7/8”D. Very good overall condition with a natural finish. This piece is from the private collection of American expatriates who lived in Hong Kong in the 1970s and 1980s. A fine and charming watercolor on paper portrait of a mother and daughter, the daughter with a book and an apple. Sight size is 5 3/4 inches by 4 1/4 inches, while the framed size is 9 5/8 inches by 8 inches.

The portrait is in excellent condition, although the photos exaggerate some very minor toning. The bird's eye maple frame, which is not new and might be original, is also in excellent condition.

Two Rare Rörstrand plates in English flint ware. Has been a part of Rörstrand museum collection and Gustaf Löfbergs collection. A one time opportunity. Condition: Normal condition. The plates has glaze cracks and wearings (see pictures). Measurement: 24.6 cm = 9.7 in each.

Chinese elm wood square low table in a natural finish with two deep drawers each on two alternating sides. Brass hardware appears to be original. Late 19th century. 19 5/8"H x 31 3/4" square. There is an old narrow moon shaped burn on the top (see enlargement 3) and there are a few small separations in the wood on the top from shrinkage. This piece is from a Tucson collection and was purchased by expatriates to Taiwan in the 1980's.

Black bowl, Kangxi (1662 - 1722) decorated in black and over glaze gold flowers. Double blue rings in under glaze blue and Mark in over glaze blue. Condition: the bowl has a reparation from the 19:th century (see pictures). The over glaze gold has wearings from normal use (unusual that gold still is so visible). Both the wooden front and back covers of this Buddhist Sutra book are hand carved with different symbols. The numerous text pages are beautifully written with rich black ink with specific words written in red ink. The book still has its original leather binding strap.

This Tibetan sutra book approximately 12 inches wide, 4 inches tall, and 2 inches thick. Though the pages are in good condition, the covers show years of wear and use and is a wonderful artifact of an old culture.

Two very rare Ko-imari rice bowls from the Genroku period. C. 1690-1710. These are just gorgeous, the bottoms are painted in the chevron pattern, and various geometrical patterns of roundels with honey comb patterns throughout. Two dragons adorn either side of each cup and each surrounded with colors of iron red and green enamels with gold gilt accents. Each bowl and cover are in perfect condition with very little wear to the enamels, almost non-existant. They measure with lid on about 3 1/8" ...

Antique Japanese yogi, thickly woven cotton, trimmed and lined with dark aizome (Japanese blue dye). There is a opening in the center of the liner where the cotton wadding was taken out.
