Antique Japanese small gyosho bako (merchant safe box) made of Kiri (paulownia) wood in original red lacquer finish and black lacquer frame. Old working key included to unlock the front door to reach two drawers within. The top has raised edges with iron braced holes to securely carry the box.

This is a beautiful, authentic Roman period single pendant earring made with solid gold. It dates from the 1st-3rd century AD. This glass bottle is in excellent condition. Come from Iran, it is probably designed to be used as a perfume sprinkler. A John Round sterling silver gravy ladle made in Sheffield, England in 1911. This 6-3/4" dinnerware flatware serving piece has a pattern that matches the Birks Saxon pattern so this would be a suitable addition to that set. It is fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1911 with the John Round maker's mark. It weighs 73.2 grams and it is in verfy good condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs however it has a script OEC monogram on the handle...

This soft pale pink colored antique Chinese silk skirt is from the late 1800's. The traditional floral embroidery is mainly uses satin stitch technique with the large flower in the center of the front and rear panels use Peking knots. In over all excellent condition but the two panel have been stitched together and the waist band has been shortened to accommodate the adjustment. Also the lining has been removed.....

An unusual-shaped Kutani vase with panels of birds and landscapes on a background scrolling tendrils surrounded by a thickly applied blue-green glaze. All symbols (phoenixes, birds, chrysanthemums, etc.) are symbols of good luck, strength, and prosperity. The stamp on the bottom is a "Fuku" character which means wealth and good luck. Opaline glass bowl in the Brocade pattern, from the John Walsh Walsh glassworks. The opalizing effect was obtained by adding cobalt oxide to the glass, and a complicated procedure of heating and cooling. The opaline patterns made by John Walsh Walsh were produced as early as the turn of the century 1900. Height "3 ¼ / 8 cm, diameter "4 ¾ / 12 cm. Condition: fine.
