Beautiful Japanese antique 2-section storage tansu made with all keyaki (elm) wood on the front, the top portion of the top section has a shrine compartment covered by 4 small glass sliding panels. The interior of the shrine compartment has two small compartments with double doors for displaying flat images with slatted drop in panels covering small compartments on either side...

This is a very fine white glazed square formed porcelain
water dropper carved in high relief with a plum spray on the top,
and it is set on raised feet.
It is covered with warm and milky white glaze overall evenly.
It is in fine condition except one tiny water spout repaired..

This porcelain bowl was produced in France by Theodore Haviland Limoges around 1900. There is an artist’s signature in the decoration. The bowl has a diameter of 9 inches and is 1 1/2 inches deep. It is expertly hand painted with large colorful roses and foliage. There is a wide band of heavy gilding around the scalloped rim. This is a rare find produced and hand painted from the factory.

Han-Bar-Dao, a typical carving skill of Han Dynasty was used on two of the pieces.
