This is a rare cloisonne bowl from Gonda that features 16 wireless egrets. This bowl is stoutly made and is heavy. It measures 7 inches across and is 5 1/4" tall. The condition is very good with some expected wear. The bowl has 2 very minor, under the surface lines that can be seen in the last image.
This is a beautiful cloisonne bowl, not signed but likely from Ando. The condition is excellent. The workmanship is better quality than most and the Koi are even better in person. Rims appear to be bronze. The bowl measures 6 inches across and is 4 inches tall.

This is a nice conical shaped Song dynasty (960 – 1276) medium size bowl of light grayish glaze. It stands on a short foot rim and recessed base rising to an everted conical shaped glazed body stopping short of the rim, exposing the stoneware of light grey colour. On the inside of the bowl, along the cavetto, it is incised with a cloud like motif with light combed hair line mark. This is a small Ming dynasty longquan or celadon vase. The longquan vase stand on a short foot rim with a recessed base. The outer footrim is slightly shaved inward. From the footrim, it everted upward into a bulbous body and then narrow upward to a long thin neck with a slightly widen rim mouth. Longquan vase of such shape is harder to come by compared to the longquan/celadon plate or bowl.

This is a Song dynasty small green glazed earthenware ewer. It is melon shped with 2 small ears resting on the shoulder. The base show a very light greyish clay colour.
The dimension of the ewer is: the height is 10.3cm and the width is 10.6cm.
Generall in good condition with minor abrasion. No restoration, repair chip, crack or glaze chipping.

Fabulous celebratory Shinto Shrine gable carving Ca. 1850. Carved from keyaki wood, the sixteen petal chrysanthemum is the crest or mon (紋) of the Japanese emperor and is often seen displayed on Shinto shrines throughout the country. This chrysanthemum is framed by a 'Noshi" a celebratory wrapping for gifts. This carving must have been for a new shrine. Great condition. Length: 35";H: 12"; depth: 3". The vase is cast in one piece. Inspired by archaic Chinese bronze ritual vessels, it bears a Taotie mask decoration. This decoration is reduced to two narrow bands instead of occupying more space as usually on the bronzes of the Ming period, this more austere character, the slender shape and the patina with a much more antique aspect allows us to think so. older, probably from the Song period or earlier.
