Rare lacquered bronze fibula inlaid with yellow metal nails which seems to be gold because it does not oxidize. Korean Buncheong ware bowl with motif of six flowers forming a large flower at the center. It is bordered with flower petal pattern,then with an outer floral patterned band. The exterior is decorated with a a band of spots. The design is stamped into the clay, a white slip fills in the gaps, and a clear glaze coats the piece creating the contrast of white and gray under a smooth surface. Age: Joseon Period. Pair of Japanese sliding door handles. They are made of a copper alloy finely chiseled with scrolls and stylized flowers on a nanako background, alternately there are shakudo plates (an alloy of copper and gold, shibuichi or silvered sentoku. They are excessively heavy and of the best quality. The size is much larger than for a normal door handle (double in size) which implies very high and wide doors. It is not a usual rich house that can accommodate doors of this size...

This is a medium size bamboo brush pot with a mountain scenery. It is very well carved with many fine details. It even has the name of the mountain with scrolling heavenly clouds at the top and then with the pine and bamboo tress set behind a mountainous background.
