A lovely unusual Korean wood soban tray table featuring a round top with a scalloped edge. The table has decorative apron and strong tiger legs that taper to thin ankles. This table would be perfect for serving tea to guests or could be used as stunning display stand. In very good antique condition and very sturdy, it measures 17.5" x 11" high.
On offer is this rare type of nezumi mizusashi made of shino-yaki.
It dates from the mid to the late Meiji Period and is in perfect condition.

A pottery model of a folding wooden chair made during the 16th century (c.1550 - 1600). Made from a hard creamy-white pottery and coated in green and yellow glazes that have, in places, acquired a silvery iridescence, a result of very long exposure to moisture.

Phan kiln had been producing appliances for the loyal family of lanna Thai kingdom, however it was abandoned in short term, so Phan kiln is called "mysterious kiln" and prized among collectors.
Phan kiln is famous for elegant pale green of ceradon.
This piece has been stored by a famous Japanese collector with wooden box.
There are seen a small chip at the back of fringe and a small hole at the bottom fringe, please refer photo 7 and 8.

Fine white Song Dynasty powder box with scroll pattern on lid and on base section. In very good condition. The top and bottom fit nicely together all round and are symmetrical in shape. Pair Japanese Solid Bronze Models of elephants. Each boldly cast in the form of an elephant, applied two tusks. Very heavy.

Small bronze flared muzzle cannon of this type where made for shooting flaming arrows at ships. For launching fireworks at festivals and for signaling purposes. The example of cast bronze with a bore that is described as at the breach and the bore is reduced to a half round section to form a chamber for the powder mount for use.
The gun would be imbedded into a wooded block such as the lower half of the barrel and the entire breach end is covered...
