This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England between 1800 and 1815. It has no mark from the manufacturer but it may have been made by Minton or Coalport. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/2 inches and is 1 1/8 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The shape of the cup is known as a bute shape. The porcelain has a slightly grayish tinge to it. It is not pure white like the bone china produced in later years in England...

A large and richly imbued Chinese hat stand vase, extraordinarily detailed with fine painting that is rarely encountered in this quality. This vase is dated pre-1920. The palette is the much sought famille rose, along with more subtle hints of profuse colors. The condition of this vase is perfect, no hairlines, chips, or other damage. Chinese Ming Dynasty Blue & White Porcelain Bowl (Hongzhi)

This blue and white porcelain bowl with flared rim was made during the late 15th - early 16th century (Hongzhi reign 1488 – 1505). The outer wall is decorated in underglaze blue with a honeycomb pattern. The central decoration is loosely based on a vajra (Buddhist sceptre) with various other decorations around the inner wall. It is coated in a finely-crackled glaze.

Finely carved Japanese, 19th century, netsuke depicting Daikoku, one of the seven Gods of Fortune, the god of wealth, shown as an entertainer, playing the flute, while a karako appears right beside him while performing an acrobatic act. Signed Tomochika. Excellent details, form and expressions on this piece, with a wonderful patina. Netsuke measures 0.98 inches (2.5cm) wide, 0.70 inches (1.8cm) deep, and 1.55 inches (3.9cm) tall. Rare Javanese hand fan, made circa 1890 - 1905. The fan portion is a made of water buffalo hide that has been very ornately pierced, painted, and gold gilt. The delicate looking frame is made from water buffalo horn, which has been finely carved and curved. There are no condition issues save for a loose thread or two that can be clipped or reattached. Measures 10.25" by 9" across.

A wonderful, larger Chinese pottery figure of a female attendant. The figure dates to Ming Dynasty 1368-1644 AD.

An lady dressed in a robe glazed in Green and Yellow Sancai colors. She is placed on plint and carries a vase in front of her chest.

She carries a hat and her hair is nicely styled. Facial details were made with fragile pigment colors of which some remains.

Ming dynasty 17th century Chinese bronze censer with fish shape motif ears, good condition 15 cm diameter mouth, 20 cm diameter with ears, 11.5 cm height and about 3000 gran weight.

The rare Gold Buddha is know as Bhumisparsa, the mudra of witness (earth touching). The hand with the palm turned inward and all the fingers extended downward touching the singhasana (pedestal supported by a lion) The gesture of touching the earth or calling the earth to witness commemorating Buddha's victory over temptation by the demon Mara. This is a terrific example of an openwork handle bronze dagger from the Dong Son culture circa 300 BC.
