Beautiful Chinese antique celadon glazed bowl. The body of the bowl is shaped into six wide lobes and glazed an olive-green with a very fine crackle. The interior is decorated with a delicate raised scrolling lotus stem. A lotus blossom or leaf adorns each interior lobe of the bowl. An incised line circles the outside rim. Song Dynasty.

This is what I call a down home or servicable antique pot holder. It looks like a odd apple with a tummy sash. It is sewn nicely but with a childish feeling to it. I am sure it was used but care was taken with it. The loop at the top looks original. It is a very nice naive pot holder from the 1840's. It is 4" by 5". I love seeing these hung.
A wonderful cutlery tray, probably of Vermont origin, made around 1840. What makes it so exceptional is the decoration, closely akin to "vinegar painting." Red paint was put on a yellow base, and a solvent added. This made the combination of colors run together, producing a somewhat mottled effect.
Another notable point is that the tray is in excellent condition, with no cracks or breaks. The paint is all original and untouched, with a nice dry surface...

This pair of porcelain goblets or chalices was produced in England by Royal Worcester in the late 1870s. The mark goes off the edge of the porcelain not showing the date letter assigned to the year they were produced. This panel displays a scene of two people in a landscape setting, one holding a flute and the other holding a fan. It was later bordered with a black silk band which has slightly separated from the panel in two areas at the top and bottom, as seen in the photographs. There are also some old stains that have little effect on the image.

A Chinese Longquan glazed dish decorated with overlapping upright petals on the exterior wall. Southern Song Dynasty - 12th/13th century. The glaze is of grayish olive-green color, one side is darker than the other side on the exterior wall. The dish is in excellent antique condition with normal glaze scratches.
