A Very Fine and Rare Korean Silver Inlaid Hexagonal Iron Box-19th C.: Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century. A well silver inlaid on the iron box with a big character “ Shu” –a longevity- on the top surouned by geometric designs, on the 6 sides inlaid with 6 characters “ Auspisious letter” also surrounded by geometric designs. It’s in very fine condition with a dark black patina around the body. Measurement: 9.2cm d. x 5.2 cm h.

Massively huge Dark Bronze Japanese Temple Bell Bowl, with ridged edges along its rim and raised, scale-like pattern around its bottom. . Mask of the "Nuo" esoteric theater representing the character of Heshang, the Buddhist monk, with very expressive features. The mask was carved on wood, then paper was affixed all over its surface, on which polychrome pigments were painted. China, early 19th century, probably earlier. Height: 9 13/16" (25 cm).
