Partly gilt wood statue of Buddhist goddess Sho Kannon Bosatsu (one of the many forms of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara), wearing formal robes, and a diadem with a small stylised Amithaba on the front, standing, her hands joined to hold a bowl. A pair of attractive early European iron keys, with remnants of copper on the larger one, c. 16th. century.

Lot includes a large 14,5 cm. long key with remnants of copper plating and cross cut bit, early 16th. century, perhaps even earlier. The other key with a hearthshaped bow, measuring 10,7 cm. c. 16th. century.

Condition: Very fine, nice metal with a thick and stable iron patina.

A large brooch of Chinese export silver made in filigree technique backing and embellished with enamelling and a very good carved red coral piece in the shape of a beautiful lady. 19th Century Korean Silver Enamel Samjak Norigae with Tassel & Coral Beads for Hanbok Dress Accessory

The overall length is 14.96 inches (38 cm). The vase charm is 2.36 inches (6 cm) long by 1.77 inches (4.5 cm) wide. The total weight is 180.7 gram.

They are tarnished and are missing enamels, beads, and tassel and knot strings, and have oxidation, a small dent at one vase charm, stains, discoloration at the string, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).
