This lamp was made as an 'imitation' of the metal lamps of the period, but in pottery for the lower classes!

Turn-of-the-century Edwardian sterling silver trophy cup. Made by Reed & Barton in Taunton, Mass. Faceted baluster with scalloped and beaded rim. Reeded and leaf-capped, -wrapped, and -mounted side handles. Four leaf-mounted open scroll supports. Fully marked including maker’s stamp and no. 80. Very good condition.

17th Century Tibetan Avalokitesvara Thangka, 29.5 x 21 inches, 75 x 53.5 cm. Most of these thangka were photographed through glass frames, so there may be a little blurriness. This thankga was in an exhibition at the University of Texas Art Museum.

CONDITION: Unbroken, with some chips on outer edge and inner ring. Nice patina, showing the age and usage, sooty nozzles from original use, some spots with old wax deposits on the surface.

A hard paste porcelain cup and saucer with gilding of lyres with arrows supporting swags. Two panels on the saucer and one on the cup displaying in differently toned gilding elaborate outdoor scenes with people, buildings, trees and other details. The partially gilt handle scrolls to the top edge. Two-tone leaves ring the lower part of the cup. There are no marks on either the cup or saucer. Inscribed in the body of the saucer inside the fool is what appears to be “n6” in a bold hand...
Antique Chinese blue and white porcelain vase. With images of peony flowers and double blue band below the lip and above the foot. The tall cylindrical neck flutes to a rounded body with slightly tapered foot.
