Longquan stoneware vase of an archaic bronze gu or zun form, with a wide mouth and everted rim. The vase has ge type of golden celadon glaze. There are four vertical raised ridges on the central and lower sections.

This is a superb Chinese yixing teapot bell shaped with brass mount on the teapot rims & finial on red clay. There are tea stains in the interior of the teapot & spout area. The teapot condition is excellent! It's signed & inscribed on the base.
Made of silk, decorated with intricately embroidered panels with flower baskets, butterflies and Buddhist symbols. With 4 solid gold buttons ( total weight ca. 25 gr.) condition: stains and discoloring of the silk, the embroidery in very good condition. Dimensions: 110x135 cm. ca. Late 19th century

This is a beautiful and unique Japanese Cloisonne box.The artist could have be one of at several but it looks like a piece from Inaba,Honda or Shibata. The box is about 50% larger than most boxes and has the same form as a Hayashi box I once had. The silk lining with the mums is exquisite. The box measures 6 inches by 4 1/4 inches and is 2 5/8 tall. The condition is excellent.
Antique two-section Keyaki wood tansu from the Fukushima region of Japan. It has a beautiful, warm woodgrain, iron warabite handles, with cherry blossom and leaf iron decorations above and below each handle, and a corner lockbox with a flower-shaped lock handle and ring pull with flower backing. 19th century Meiji Period.

Now wired as a lamp, this vase is glazed in variegated oxblood that has been applied to produce a flambe-like pattern against an even copper-red background. The interior, which is partly revealed at the mouth, drains to white. It is mounted to a traditional Chinese carved wood base and wired for electricity. It is in overall good condition with no repairs or restorations.
