Cotton futonji with katazome (stencil-resist dye), which is remade from yogi (one kind of futon in the shape of kimono). It is made of hand spun cotton and dyed with vegetable indigo. The reddish-brown color is bengara (iron oxide red pigment). 19th century. In good condition except for three mending patches. one snag and some small holes. W:153cm, L:165cm

H: 6.2cm. The bottom is uneven (just appears to have been made that way) there are traces of glue where it was probably once attached to a stand, otherwise, good condition- no damage or repair.

The surface of this black glazed bowl signed on the base Dohachi has been impressed all over with seals in a style known as In-chirashi. It comes in an ancient wooden box with ebony rim titled inside Dohachi Saku (Chirashi-in) Chawan, while outside a much-worn paper label reads In-chirashi Dohachi Saku Chawan. A large brooch of Chinese export silver made in filigree technique backing and embellished with enamelling and a very good carved red coral piece in the shape of a beautiful lady. Stamped: “Silver China” on the back side. Size: Diam 5 cm x 5 cm. Early 20th cent. around 1910/20. Condition: good with only some wear to enamel.

The mouth of this vase opens like the thickly petaled chrysanthemum flower over a body decorated in thin blue with a roiling landscape of lakes and trees dotted with pavilions. It is an excellent example of the Hirado tradition in the 19th century. The vase is 14 cm (5-1/2 inches) diameter,28.8 cm (11-1/2 inches) tall and is in excellent condition.

A Very Rare/Fine Korean 2 Seven Star Daggers? - late 19th C.: Korean late Joseon, late 19th century. Two daggers incised with dragon, phoenix each dagger and seven stars incised on both daggers, and 4 characters and 2 characters on each dagger. Both daggers housed in a wood and metal single sheath. It is in very good condition with metals patinated. It measures 36cm with in a sheath, or 34cm only dagger.

19th Century Korean Silver Enamel Samjak Norigae with Tassel & Coral Beads for Hanbok Dress Accessory

The overall length is 14.96 inches (38 cm). The vase charm is 2.36 inches (6 cm) long by 1.77 inches (4.5 cm) wide. The total weight is 180.7 gram.

They are tarnished and are missing enamels, beads, and tassel and knot strings, and have oxidation, a small dent at one vase charm, stains, discoloration at the string, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).
