Very rare pendant in cast bronze representing a fabulous animal. It could be a bird because on the back there seems to be stylized feathers and the mouth seems to be garnished with a beak, but it could also be the fangs of a dragon? The animal surrounds a cartouche which contains archaic Chinese characters. The object is certainly very old and the style would indicate a very high Shang or Zhou period but the patina is not archaic...

Large Chinese Song / Yuan Dynasty Incised Pottery Buddhist Jar
This rare pottery jar was made in the 12th / 13th century during the Song Dynasty (AD 960 - 1279), or possibly the Yuan Dynasty (AD 1279 - 1368) and has been been excavated from a Buddhist site in Yunnan province.
It is made from a buff-coloured pottery and is of globular form standing on an integral foot. Both cover and jar are decorated with incised lines, on the jar forming lotus leaf panels...

Extremely rare Meiping with well balance potted and very nice shaped, decorated with carved Phoenix's and Chrysanthemums against an in-filled black ground with extensive brown suffusions. Liao Dynasty Late 11th to Early 12th century, KONWA Ware or sometimes also called Chifeng ware. Condition is very good, excepted a firing crack to the inner rim but is not cross to outside, no any chip, no any other crack and free from any restoration. Height: 32 cm.
This is a large size Liao dynasty (907–1125 A.D.)moulded polychrome earthenware dish with leaded glaze. It rests on a short foot rim, a slightly flat everted base before rising upwards. It has a simple floral motive. On the underside, the glaze is in dark brown in colour, all the way down just before the short foot rim exposing the earthenware.
There is no crack, chip, repair or any restoration. Minor glaze fritting (picture 4) at roughly about 10 and 1 o'olock...
