Small dish in Chinese porcelain, green enamel decoration of lotus flowers, tendrils and bats, details in black. Two Chinese characters "Shou" are enameled in red and gold. All this symbolizes longevity (shou), happiness (bat) and Buddha (lotus). However the Lotus flower is not exclusively the symbol of Buddhism, it can also be interpreted here as the marital agreement because there are 2 flowers or serenity or self-fulfillment. Everyone will interpret according to their desires...

Unusual motted jade snuff bottle with red coral and turquoise lid. The lid is carved with a dragon and topped with a small piece of turquoise. It measures 2" tall.

This old drum from Nepal was used for festival and carried in parades. The man would use the left hand to hold the drum by the handmade ropes across the back of the drum. He would use the right hand to strike the drum skin. The chains and metal bits hanging from the bottom would add an extra "jangle" sound while drum moving. Clearly made as folk art instrument, the drum is somewhat out of round and about 18" at the widest diameter.

Nice Turquoise Chinese Cloisonne copper Opium Box with red "Shu" Character and floral/foliage decor. Size: H. 6 cm. x 5.5.cm 19th Century.

19th century Chinese lacquer snuff bottle in flask form with inlaid lac burgaute reserves on each side depicting a flower sprig and brocade patterns surrounding the reserve. Lac Burgaute is a French term describing a lacquer technique with inlaid designs using small shapes of iridescent blue-green and purple abalone shell and gold and silver foil. Very well made, well hollowed, original matching stopper, in great condition. Height with stopper 2 9/16 inches.

Circa 1870s hand carved and highly polished rock crystal and purple amethyst snuff bottle. Carved in good medium relief is a maiden carrying a poled basket with reverse having a flycatcher in the lower right corner amongst a landscape (but it is very hard to make out due to the sheen). In excellent condition, the bottle measures 2 7/8" high and 1 3/4" wide.

1900's Chinese Silver Enamel Wine Cup Marked

It is 1.4 inches (3.5 cm) tall by 1.6 inches (4 cm) wide. The weight of the silver cup is 25 gram. The total weight including the glass cup is 42.3 gram.

Antique, 19th century, Tibetan, silver mounted gun powder flask composed of flattened horn with beveled edges and long solid silver nozzle. The top fitted with a solid silver collar with horn cap adorned with silver flower and suspension loop. CONDITION: In very good condition, showing the age and usage. An unusual-shaped Kutani vase with panels of birds and landscapes on a background scrolling tendrils surrounded by a thickly applied blue-green glaze. All symbols (phoenixes, birds, chrysanthemums, etc.) are symbols of good luck, strength, and prosperity. The stamp on the bottom is a "Fuku" character which means wealth and good luck. Age: 1900 or earlier. Size: H. 16cm. W. 12cm. Condition: No repairs, chips, or breaks.

An antique Chinese tripod censer, also known as an incense burner Ding, dating back to the 17th -19th century Qing Dynasty. The censer is made of bronze and has a compressed, rounded shape, with a bulbous body and two upright loop handles. The base is raised on three tapering legs and is cast with a Xuande six-character mark.

Antique Chinese snuff bottle made of peking glass (Tao Liao Ping), with an orange background and white and bright green glass overlay, hand carved into the shape of flowers on a vine. The artist would have started with a single-colored glass,dipped the bottle into the white and green glass to create layers, and then carved away the excess. 19th century Size: 2 3/8" tall, 1" wide

This is a Qing Dynasty copper coin which reads as Xiangfeng (1851-1861) Zhong Bao. On the reverse it reads as represent ten, which means represent ten cash coin. The coin has soil calicification as shown in light brown as shown in the pgootographs. Generally the coin is in good condition. The diameter of the Xiangfeng Zhong Bao ten cash coin is 3.9cm.

A set of three nesting Japanese Imari porcelain bowls. Richly decorated and gilded, all 3 bowls are identical and are signed on the bottom. Dates circa 1875.
All three are in excellent condition and they measure:

Japanese dish or bowl, Ko-Kutani revival from the Meiji period, late 19th century. Enameled in purple, yellow and green with a wave-line border surrounding a motif of poets (?) and a weeping willow in a mountainous seascape. Dark brown rim, the back with Kutani mark in green. Diameter "8 ½ / 21.5 cm. Condition: the back with some rubbing marks and a glaze bubble (cf. pics).

Height approximately 48 cm. There are parts that are scratched, not cracked, not see through on the back. More pictures are available. In good condition.

Highly ornate silver belt buckle with turquoise and coral Stones, Tibetan, 19th century, mounted on contemporary black leather belt. The silver buckle measures 7 1/4" wide, and is 1 1/2" deep, with two large bezel set coral beads and a turquoise stone between them. The black leather is 1 3/8" wide and 47 3/4" long...
