A rare Ming dynasty 16th century blue glazed garlic vase with biscuit fired dragon motif circled the neck, vase is in good condition no damage no chip no crack no restoration, rim slightly unbalance, very rare Museum class piece, size: 20 cm height.

From our Chinese Polychrome Collection, a fine Rose-Verte porcelain dish, Yongzheng Period (1723-1735), well-painted in the center depicting an elegant lady, a young boy, and a deer carrying peaches on its back signifying longevity. Bordered on the cavetto with floral sprays, and dressed on the rim with iron oxide.

Rose-Verte is a less commonly encountered version of the Famille Rose and Famille Verte palettes...

This pair of late Qing Dynasty Famille Rose Mille Fleurs (thousand flowers) bowls with cover are 2 3/4 inches high (4 inches with cover) and 5 5/8 inches in diameter. Peony, chrysanthemum, lily, hibiscus, iris and several unknown flowers are painted over the entire exterior and the interior rim of both bowls and covers. There are Qian Long (1736~1795) honorable marks on the bottoms of the bowls and a single peony blossom on the center of the covers. The workmanship is elegant...

Antique Korean Black Inkstone Box and Antique Inkstone. The poem on the lid is a beautiful work of calligraphy. It can be read in two directions as "Celebrated mountain object" and "Celebrated mountain extraordinary wisdom", meaning that this object will be used in the pursuit of wisdom. The inkstone has a banana leaf motif, referencing the 8th Century Chinese scholar and celebrated calligrapher, Huaisu who wrote on banana leaves when he ran out of paper. Antique Korean matching pair of red lacquer cabinets, with elaborate inlaid designs adorning the full front and sides. Imagery of exotic birds, deer, and fish among a huge assortment of flowers can be seen throughout. Each cabinet is comprised of three sections : the top, bottom, and base stand; Styled in traditional Korean fashion with double hinged doors and large locks incised with the Double Happiness symbol. A very rare Yuan dynasty longquan celadon dish, rounded side, flattened rim with deep center and glazed foot ring, dish decorate with impressed flower motif at the center, at the inner wall there is molded weave or cloud motif, at the rim there is 12 unglazed biscuit fired brown of flower motif, glazed base with ring for firing.
Dish is in very good condition no damage, no chip, no crack, no restoration, dish has wrapped (unbalance) rim.

Description:

A white-glazed water coupe was well mold in nice shape and was nicely decorated on the surface with carved lotus petals patterns.
In creamy white tint, the surface was spread with characteristic darken glaze drops which the Din wares would own.
On the mouth rim, it was unglazed.the body clay was revealed with incursioned burial earth...

This is a nice celadon Longquan plate with the twin fish pattern, glaze intact but with natural manufacturing defect of bubbles bursting and small defect of crack during firing, still nice rare muzeum piece.....

This pair of late 19th or early 20th century Mille Fleurs (thousands flowers) bowls are 2 ¾ inches tall and 5 ¾ inches in diameter. Hundreds of different flowers cover the outside of the bowls. A similar design about an inch wide is painted inside the bowls. They have an honorific Qian Long mark on the bottoms. The workmanship is wonderful. The gold trim on the rims has slightly rubbed off. They are in great condition.
